As a Production Worker/Machine Operator, you will be integral to our manufacturing process, ensuring efficient assembly and packaging of products. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will utilize your mechanical knowledge and experience with hand and power tools to operate machinery effectively. Strong communication skills and prior warehouse experience will enable you to collaborate effectively with team members, contributing to a streamlined production environment. Rotating shift:
Days 7am to 3pm, Afternoon 3pm to 11pm, Night 11pm to 7am (One-week rotations)
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ALL SHIFTS AND COMMIT TO ROTATION.

Pay Rate: $18/hour - $20/hour (Based on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Operate packaging machinery to assemble and package products according to specifications
- Monitor the production process to ensure efficiency and quality control
- Inspect finished products for defects or errors and make necessary adjustments
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, lifting is up to 50lbs
Experience
- Proven experience as a Production machine operator or similar role
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and safety procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Must be available for a rotating shift- Days, afternoons and night shifts
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check**
