Smog Technician - $22-$28/hr
We are searching for a Smog Technician for an a establishment in Los Alamitos, CA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform emissions inspections
- Diagnose and repair emissions systems
- Gather information and documentation
- Perform basic car maintenance
- Handle customer communication
- Adhere to regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience as a smog technician
- Completion of Level I and Level II Training: Level I (Engine and Emission Control Fundamentals) and Level II (Smog Check Procedure Training)
- Minimum 96 Hours of Education: Training courses must total at least 96 hours.
- BAR-Approved Training: Training must be provided by a Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) approved school.
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
