Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Operations Coordinator to support their daily business operations. This long-term, evaluation-to-hire (temp-to-perm) opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of administrative tasks, client communication, and hands-on support in a warehouse and office setting.

Please note-

-This is a flexible role that will involve both office and warehouse responsibilities, including light to medium lifting as needed.
-Proficiency in SAGE 50 is required - applicants without this experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage invoices and purchase orders using SAGE 50
  • Coordinate and schedule deliveries, including route planning
  • Communicate with clients to ensure accurate and timely service
  • Process incoming and outgoing orders
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
  • Support the warehouse team with inventory organization and light to medium lifting
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure high attention to detail in all duties
  • Assist with internal process improvements and ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements:

  • Experience with SAGE 50 (required)
  • Previous experience in an administrative and logistics support role
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Comfortable assisting in a warehouse environment when needed
  • High level of accuracy and organizational skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and looking for a long-term opportunity

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week

Additional pay:

  • Overtime pay

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
