Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Operations Coordinator to support their daily business operations. This long-term, evaluation-to-hire (temp-to-perm) opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of administrative tasks, client communication, and hands-on support in a warehouse and office setting.
Please note-
-This is a flexible role that will involve both office and warehouse responsibilities, including light to medium lifting as needed.
-Proficiency in SAGE 50 is required - applicants without this experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage invoices and purchase orders using SAGE 50
- Coordinate and schedule deliveries, including route planning
- Communicate with clients to ensure accurate and timely service
- Process incoming and outgoing orders
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Support the warehouse team with inventory organization and light to medium lifting
- Maintain accurate records and ensure high attention to detail in all duties
- Assist with internal process improvements and ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:
- Experience with SAGE 50 (required)
- Previous experience in an administrative and logistics support role
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Comfortable assisting in a warehouse environment when needed
- High level of accuracy and organizational skills
