Duties

• Install and repair various types of garage doors and openers, ensuring proper functionality.
• Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively during installations.
• Perform heavy lifting as required for the installation of garage door components.
• Conduct remodeling tasks related to garage door installations, including drywall work and metal stud framing.
• Apply caulking as needed to ensure weather-tight seals around installations.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Assist with glass installation when required, ensuring secure fitting and aesthetics.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in remodeling, electrical work, or carpentry is preferred.
• Proficiency in using power tools and performing heavy lifting tasks.
• Familiarity with drywall installation and metal stud framing techniques is a plus.
• Strong skills in frame carpentry and caulking application.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license may be required for travel to job sites.
• Must be physically fit to handle the demands of the job.
