Pest Control Technician – Training Provided, License Reimbursed!

We’re hiring Pest Control Technicians to join a small, friendly team of pros who know how to get the job done—and have a good time doing it. Whether you have experience or not, this is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a growing company that values learning, customer service, and teamwork.

During your training period, you’ll shadow experienced technicians, learn the ropes, and assist in sales consultations—getting familiar with customer needs and the pest control services we provide. Once you pass your licensing test (don’t worry, we’ll help with that!), you’ll transition into a full Pest Control Technician role.

Key Responsibilities

• Shadow and assist licensed pest control technicians during training
• Conduct sales consultations for pest control services with residential and commercial customers
• Study training materials and prepare for your Oregon pest control license exam
• After certification, perform pest control treatments using equipment and safe application techniques
• Travel to various client sites across the metro area (every day is a little different!)
• Document services and communicate clearly with customers about treatment plans and follow-up steps
• Maintain tools, supplies, and a clean work environment
• Uphold company standards for safety and professionalism
