Job Description: As a Customer Service / Warehouse Associate, you will be crucial in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for various tasks, including order processing, inventory management, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders and ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Assist customers with inquiries, both in-person and over the phone.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular stock checks and updates.
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.
• Prepare and package orders for shipment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or customer service role is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
• Proficiency in using warehouse management software and basic computer skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
