Job Summary:

The Quality Inspector is responsible for monitoring and inspecting products and processes to ensure they meet established quality standards and specifications. This role plays a critical part in identifying defects, improving product quality, and supporting continuous improvement efforts within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and test materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and industry standards.

• Conduct visual, dimensional, and mechanical inspections using a variety of tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).

• Document inspection results and maintain detailed records of findings.

• Identify non-conformities and report defects or deviations to relevant departments.

• Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and process improvements.

• Maintain and calibrate inspection equipment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Proven experience as a quality inspector or in a similar quality assurance role.

• Familiarity with blueprints, technical drawings, and inspection tools.
