Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional support.  This role involves a variety of responsibilities, including addressing customer inquiries, completing clerical tasks, and ensuring smooth office operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Address customer questions, complaints, and requests via mail, phone, and in-person interactions.
• Process orders, assignments, and prepare necessary paperwork for auction day, securing approvals.
• Enter data into the computer system and reference pricing and delivery information.
• Set up new records and maintain existing records.
• Perform word processing assignments, filing, and other clerical tasks.
• Provide general customer support services and assist with additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must be bilingual English/Spanish
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in word processing and data entry.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism, patience, and effective problem-solving skills.

Schedule and Compensation:
8am-5pm, $20/hour
