Job Description: We are seeking a hands-on and versatile Customer Service and Technical Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will gain in-depth knowledge of our products to provide exceptional support to customers, manage inventory, and contribute to technical sales efforts. This is an onsite position with opportunities to attend industry tradeshows for professional development.

Key Responsibilities:
Learn and master product knowledge to confidently assist customers with inquiries via phone and email.
Handle international shipping logistics for our products.
Maintain and oversee inventory control; experience is a plus.
Utilize Excel for data management and reporting.
Compose professional and clear email communications.
QuickBooks experience is a plus
Requirements:
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new products and tools.
Detail-oriented and organized approach to inventory management.
Professional demeanor with excellent phone and email etiquette.
Enthusiasm for attending tradeshows and exploring industry developments
