Job Full DescriptionWe are seeking a knowledgeable, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Optician to join our team. As a key point of contact for patients, you will assist with eyewear selection, fitting, and adjustments—ensuring an exceptional experience and optimal visual outcomes.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pmPay: $18–$22/hour, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
Assist patients with frame and lens selection, providing expert guidance and personalized product recommendations
Drive sales through exceptional customer service and in-depth knowledge of optical products
Perform accurate and precise adjustments and repairs on eyewear
Ensure proper fit, comfort, and visual function of eyewear to achieve high patient satisfaction
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming optical area
Support general administrative or inventory tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
A passion for customer care and professional service
Previous experience in retail/sales preferred, but not required
