Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Counter Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while assisting their needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a basic understanding and ability to manage inventory effectively.

 

Responsibilities:

• Welcoming customers and addressing their needs
• Building rapport through conversation and honest recommendations
• Ringing up sales and arranging for delivery or pick-up of the customer’s order if needed
• Informing customers of any extra charges if necessary
• Cross-sell products
• Manage returns of merchandise
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services
• Collaborating with fellow team members to keep the sales floor area clean and organized at all times
• Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services
• Ability to preform in a fast paced work environment
• Provide excellent customer service

 

Requirements and Skills:

• At least 1-2 years of sales experience (preferred)
• High school degree
