We are seeking a Bilingual Medical Scheduler to support a busy medical office in providing top-quality care and service to patients. This role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to speak both English and Spanish fluently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and route incoming calls in a friendly and efficient manner

• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments

• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure accurate scheduling

• Verify patient insurance and obtain authorizations when needed

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients in both English and Spanish

• Maintain and update patient records and documentation

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

• Previous experience in a medical office or scheduling role preferred

• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills

• Proficient with scheduling software and basic computer skills

• Reliable, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
