Key Duties:

• Perform general repairs and maintenance on various systems and structures, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
• Assemble and install furniture, fixtures, and equipment as needed
• Troubleshoot and fix problems with appliances, plumbing, or electrical systems
• Help with minor home improvement projects, including drywall repairs, flooring installation, and light remodeling
• Maintain an organized and clean workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored
• Respond promptly to work orders and requests from clients or team members
• Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations
• Provide estimates and timeframes for jobs and complete work efficiently
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction with services provided
