Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst plays a key role in supporting business decision-making through financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting. This position analyzes financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities while providing actionable insights to leadership. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with financial models and cross-functional teams.

Job Duties

• Analyze financial data, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic planning
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify variances
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
• Conduct cost analysis and profitability assessments
• Support management with ad hoc financial analysis and reporting requests
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data
• Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to improve financial processes
