Are you a skilled TIG welder looking to join a reputable team with steady hours and great benefits? We are seeking a dedicated Welder to support fabrication and production in a hands-on, fast-paced environment in Bossier City, LA.

Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding (GMAW) on various metal components.

• Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols accurately.

• Maintain and operate welding tools and equipment safely.

• Measure and layout components using tape measures and perform basic math calculations.

• Work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals.

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of MIG welding experience (GMAW) required.

• Must be able to pass a 3G and 4G welding test.

• TIG welding (GTAW) experience is a plus.

• Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings.

• Strong understanding of welding tools and safety protocols.

• Ability to work solo or in a team environment.
