Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Industrial Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in painting or powder coating surfaces of manufactured metal products using a spray gun, as well as the ability to set up and operate an industrial washer, baking oven, and other equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Paint or powder coat surfaces of manufactured metal products using a spray gun.
2. Set up the industrial washer for cleaning parts.
3. Load parts onto the conveyor.
4. Mix coatings to desired color or pour powder into hopper.
5. Set the baking oven to specified temperature to properly bake paint or powder.
6. Check parts after baking to ensure correct paint thickness using a mil thickness gauge.
7. Remove parts from conveyor and de-mask as required.
8. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
9. Mobility requirements include standing, walking, reaching, and bending.

Qualifications:

• Experience in industrial painting or powder coating.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
