Salary: $60,000 - $85,000

Our client, a leader in illuminated signage and architectural lighting, is adding a Client Relations Manager with a background in signage, design and/or construction to their team!

 

The successful candidate will be organized and personable with a construction or commercial real estate-focused professional background. As a senior member of an experienced team that prides itself on having an unmatched reputation for professionalism and quality, they seek to deliver exceptional client experience on every project they lead. The two core areas of focus for this role are business development (i.e., lead generation and sales administration) and project management. The successful candidate will possess a successful track record in both areas.

 

Job Responsibilities and Skills/Experience:

· Independent lead generation and sales: Utilizes proven industry experience to grow our team’s client base

· Project management: Directs and/or leads communication with project stakeholders, including clients and department heads, to ensure exceptional client service is delivered on each project

· Project document preparation and review: Manages and co-develops the preparation of project documents (e.g., sales, design, permits).

· Strategic planning: As a senior hire, the Client Relations Manager will be involved with strategic planning to deliver exceptional craftsmanship on each project.

· The successful candidate will have sales experience, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel, and possess an ability to learn quickly.
