Inside Sales Representative - Part-Time

Located in Fond Du Lac, WI

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00/HR

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 2:00pm

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00/HR


Duties:

  • Conduct outbound cold and warm calls to commercial businesses to identify roofing service and sales opportunities
  • Complete a high volume of calls daily (60–80 calls) to generate leads and build customer relationships
  • Set appointments for the Outside Sales team and support their sales efforts
  • Follow up consistently with prospects and existing contacts to maintain engagement
  • Accurately document all calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Work closely with Outside Sales to align on goals, priorities, and lead quality
  • Utilize office tools including PC, phone systems, CRM software, and standard office equipment
  • Track and meet performance metrics, including call volume and appointment setting goals
  • Maintain organized records and ensure attention to detail in all communications

Qualifications:

  • Previous inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service experience preferred
  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills with a professional and persuasive phone presence
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet performance goals
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM systems preferred
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate with outside sales staff
