What You’ll Be Doing:

🔹 Performing routine maintenance, including painting, plumbing, electrical work, HVAC maintenance, and appliance repairs
🔹 Addressing maintenance issues efficiently and professionally
🔹 Cleaning and maintaining common areas
🔹 Groundskeeping and landscaping duties around the property
🔹 Conducting inspections and reporting to the facility manager to develop a maintenance plan

What We’re Looking For:

✔ High school diploma or GED preferred
✔ Proven experience in maintenance work
✔ Ability to stand for long periods of time
✔ Strong organizational skills—independent and team-oriented work ability
✔ Ability to read a tape measure accurately
✔ Manual dexterity to operate hand and power tools
✔ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. above shoulders
