Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Position Summary
We are seeking a Buff Laborer to assist in the final finishing and polishing of metal parts. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented and dependable, with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Use buffers and hand tools to polish and finish metal components

• Inspect parts for quality and consistency

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Assist in material handling and movement of finished goods

• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE

• Support other departments as needed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

• Previous manufacturing or labor experience is a plus but not required

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work
