The Pool Cleaner is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and proper chemical balance of residential or commercial swimming pools. This role involves routine cleaning, minor repairs, and regular inspection of pool systems to ensure proper functionality and compliance with safety standards.
Clean pool surfaces, tiles, and surrounding areas using vacuums, skimmers, and brushes
Test and adjust water chemistry (pH, chlorine, alkalinity) to maintain safe and sanitary conditions
Inspect and maintain filtration and circulation systems
Remove debris from water and surrounding deck areas
Identify and report maintenance or repair needs (e.g., leaks, pump issues, broken tiles)
Maintain records of service visits and chemical usage
Communicate with clients or supervisors about service performed and any issues identified
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
