Our client is a full-service Landscape and Construction company based in Marlborough, MA, known for delivering high-quality outdoor solutions with a strong emphasis on detail, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. They are currently seeking a hardworking and dependable Landscape Construction Worker/Team Lead to join their growing team.

Pay: $20.00–$22.00/hr for Worker / $25.00–$27.00/hr for Team Lead

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate commercial landscape construction equipment

• Install hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls

• Perform new lawn installations and planting for residential and institutional clients

• Interpret and follow construction plans and blueprints

• Maintain job site cleanliness and organization of tools and equipment

• Assist with seasonal cleanup projects in the spring and fall

• Follow safety guidelines and all company procedures

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism on job sites

Skills and Experience Required:

• 1–3+ years’ experience in landscape construction, including equipment operation, hardscape installation, planting, and lawn installation

• Ability to take direction and work both independently and as part of a team

• Ability to read and interpret construction plans/blueprints

• Valid and clean Massachusetts driver’s license

• Reliable daily transportation to and from job sites

• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills

• Ability to work over 40 hours per week, including some weekends (especially during spring and fall seasons)

• Medical DOT card is a plus

• Massachusetts hydraulics license is a plus
