Customer Service Representative

Located in EDMONTON, AB

Salary: $21-$23/hr

An Edmonton client is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a 4.5-month contract to join their team. This fast-paced, high-volume role requires strong communication skills, ERP experience, and the ability to multi-task effectively. The ideal candidate will support Western Canada clients and work closely with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to 70–90 inbound/outbound calls daily.

• Process and verify 200+ orders per day using Sage 300 ERP (team total).

• Confirm order details with customers via phone and email.

• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely order fulfillment.

• Send order confirmations and ensure correct routing (Edmonton, Calgary, Kelowna).

• Support basic invoicing and order tracking.

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience (food manufacturing/distribution preferred).

• Proficient in Sage 300 ERP and Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent phone communication and organizational skills.

Customer Service Representative Hours & Compensation:

• $21–$23/hour, based on experience.

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (rotating 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM).

• Start Date: ASAP (In-person interview required).

• Work Setting: Fully on-site with parking provided.
