Express Employment Professionals is hiring for a Route Sales Representative for a full-time, evaluation-to-hire opportunity. If you have experience in route sales and merchandising and enjoy being on the move, this could be the perfect role for you.

Pay: $21–$25/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday (hours to be confirmed)

What You’ll Be Doing:

-Drive a temperature-controlled van to service a designated route, focusing on airport and nearby retail locations.

-Merchandise and restock shelves with chocolate products, maintaining visually appealing displays.

-Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff—you’ll be the face of the brand.

-Track inventory, submit accurate reports, and reorder products in a timely manner to avoid shortages.

-Follow scheduled routes efficiently while observing all safety and traffic regulations.

-Deliver outstanding customer service with every visit.

What We’re Looking For:

-A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

-Proven experience in route sales or retail merchandising (food industry preferred)

-Physical ability to lift and carry products as needed

-Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills

-A self-starter with a professional, customer-focused mindset

-Proven longevity with prior employer
