Job Title: Warehouse Cargo Agent

Job Summary:  
The Warehouse Cargo Agent is responsible for the safe handling, receiving, loading, unloading, and processing of cargo and mail within the warehouse and aircraft operations. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and strict adherence to safety and security procedures.  This is a 24/7 operation, and candidates must be flexible and available to work any shift, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and release cargo/mail to consignors, consignees, brokers, and truckers

• Inspect shipments for damage or tampering; count and document cargo accurately

• Load and unload aircraft and trucks manually

• Move, stack, weigh, measure, label, and prepare cargo for transport

• Break down and build up pallets as needed

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization

• Follow all company and site security procedures; report safety or security concerns immediately

Requirements & Qualifications:

• • Must be at least 18 years old

  • High school diploma or GED preferred

  • Valid driver’s license required

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs without assistance

  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Must be reliable and punctual

  • Must pass all required pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check (airport clearance required) and drug screen.
