What You’ll Do

As an Employment Specialist, you’ll play a key role in connecting job seekers with the right opportunities while supporting our client companies with their hiring needs.

Key responsibilities include:

Interview and evaluate job seekers to match them with the right positions
Answer incoming calls from clients and associates with professionalism and urgency
Proactively recruit candidates through outbound calls and outreach efforts
Build relationships with local businesses through client calls and occasional site visits
Identify new job opportunities by connecting with prospective clients
Conduct reference checks and verify candidate qualifications
Assist in resolving workplace concerns and ensuring positive experiences for both clients and associates
Visit client sites (occasionally) for job evaluations, safety walkthroughs, and relationship building

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who is driven, organized, and genuinely enjoys working with people.

Qualifications:

Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced environment
Confident phone presence and professional demeanor
Attention to detail and the ability to accurately document information
Comfortable typing while conducting interviews (strong typing skills are a plus)
Problem solving mindset with conflict resolution abilities
Previous staffing, recruiting, or payroll experience is a bonus, but not required

Work Environment & Schedule

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Dress Code: Business Casual
Environment: Collaborative, high-energy team setting
