Express Employment is looking to fill temp Prep Cook position to join their clients culinary team. 

 

Shift: Monday-Friday 

Pay: $18/hr

 

 

Job Duties:

 

• -Prepare food such that all food is ready for use within the established timeframe.
• -Prepares food items according to established recipes and menus in a manner in which preserves food freshness, quality and appeal.
• -Utilizes safe food handling techniques at all times.
• -Maintain a clean and sanitized work area.
• - Maintains a safe, tidy and well organized work environment at all times; cleans up spills quickly, wears protective gear as needed 
• Communicates needs and concerns regarding food production and kitchen operation to supervisor appropriately, and in a timely manner
• Puts away/Pulls stock as needed

Requirements:

 

• 1-5 years of culinary experience
• HSD/GED
