Production Support – Operations Assistant Duties:

• Assist with machine setup, calibration, and routine maintenance
• Monitor production processes and support operators to meet targets
• Manage inventory of materials and supplies for smooth operations
• Help identify and resolve minor production issues promptly
• Maintain clean and safe work areas following company standards
• Record production data and report discrepancies to supervisors
• Collaborate with team members across shifts to ensure continuity
• Follow all safety protocols and operational procedures
