Job Title: Machine Operator - Press Operator
Shifts Available: All Shifts 
Salary: $18.00/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up machines, including loading coil, adjusting levelers, and aligning dies
• Coordinate multiple press operations
• Perform Statistical Process Control (SPC)
• Set dies within scheduled time frames
• Organize tools and equipment for efficient die changes

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to lift 50 pounds on a non-repetitive basis
• High school level reading and writing skills
• Mechanical aptitude and above-average dexterity
• Accountability for quality, productivity, and safety goals
