Landscaper Positions – Immediate Start (Shorewood, IL)

Locally owned and growing Shorewood company is seeking hard-working landscapers to join our team for an immediate start. If you’re reliable, motivated, and have experience with commercial mowing equipment, we want to meet you!

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience operating zero-turn mowers or similar equipment (required)
• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment
• All languages welcome!

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday
• Start time: 7:00 AM
• 10-hour days

Pay & Benefits:

• $20/hour for the first 3 weeks (training period)
• Transition to incentive-based pay after 3 weeks
• Opportunity to earn up to $1,500 per week
• Full benefits package
• Paid time off
• Temp-to-hire opportunity

Open Interview Times:

• Monday: 2:30 PM
• Thursday: 5:30 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM
