Press Brake Operator

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Press Brake Operator with experience operating
Bystronic press brakes to join our fabrication team. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for setting up, adjusting, and operating press brake machinery to bend and
form sheet metal and other components with precision. This role requires strong attention
to detail and a solid understanding of metal fabrication processes. Role will include but not
limited to: machine operation, forklift activity (Loading & Unloading), grinding, break out,
and general shop use.

Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate Bystronic CNC press brake machines according to job
specifications and production schedules.
• Interpret and follow engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
• Load materials and program or adjust Bystronic controls to ensure proper bends
and angles.
• Use measurement tools (calipers, protractors, gauges) to verify part dimensions and
quality.
• Perform first-article inspections and continuous quality checks during production
runs.
• Maintain accurate production records and identify/report any defects or machine
malfunctions.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist with minor maintenance and troubleshooting of Bystronic equipment.
