• Hourly Pay: $38.00
• Pay Schedule: Weekly – every Friday
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Employment Type: Full-time | Evaluation-to-Hire
• Work Location: Forest Lake, Minnesota

🔧 Key Responsibilities – CNC Programmer

• Lead CNC programming using MasterCAM (3 and 5 axis)
• Train, coach, and support CNC operators
• Debug, rewrite, and optimize CNC and EDM programs
• Operate CNC machines and ensure compliance with safety and ISO standards
• Prepare reports and documentation using ERP, PDM, and JobBOSS software
• Perform machinist duties including setups, machining, and quality checks
• Follow all safety and SOP regulations, including Mustad Performance System (MPS)
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

✅ Required Experience & Skills

• High school diploma or GED
• 5+ years of CNC programming experience in MasterCAM (3 Axis required)
• 1+ year of EDM setup, operation, and programming
• 3+ years of SolidWorks experience
• Experience with Haas machines
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift throughout the shift
• Must pass a background check (drug screen not required)
