Warehouse Manager
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM until work is completed
Compensation: $25–$30 per hour

We are seeking a hands-on and highly organized Warehouse Manager to lead and coordinate day-to-day warehouse operations. This role requires a motivated individual with strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and experience in inventory control and warehouse logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping/distribution
• Maintain accurate inventory by conducting regular physical counts and reconciling with internal records
• Manage fleet operations and coordinate purchase orders
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards; inspect equipment and issue maintenance work orders
• Supervise warehouse staff and ensure timely completion of daily tasks
• Monitor productivity and follow up on work results to maintain high performance
• Foster a team-oriented, safety-first work environment

Qualifications:

• Prior forklift experience required
• Strong computer skills for inventory and shipping/receiving software
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
• Proven experience in inventory control and warehouse management
• Valid driver’s license in good standing
• Strong communication and leadership skills
