Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused HVAC Service Dispatcher to join a leading HVAC service provider in Bossier City, LA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating service calls, dispatching HVAC technicians, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:

• Receive and prioritize incoming service calls from customers.

• Schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians based on location, urgency, and technician skill set.

• Communicate job details clearly to technicians and ensure timely response to service requests.

• Maintain accurate records of service calls, technician assignments, and job completion status.

• Provide customers with updates on service timing and technician arrival.

• Assist with invoicing and work order processing as needed.

• Coordinate parts ordering and technician support as necessary.

• Maintain strong communication between technicians, customers, and management.

• Handle high call volumes with professionalism and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Previous experience dispatching in the HVAC, plumbing, or similar service industry preferred.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
