Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Machine Helper to assist with the operation and maintenance of manufacturing equipment. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to grow within a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist machine operators with setup, operation, and monitoring of machines

• Load raw materials and unload finished products

• Perform basic quality checks and remove defective items

• Keep the work area clean and organized

• Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors

• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times

Qualifications:

1.Must be able to squat and kneel occasionally.
2.Must be able to twist and bend the neck and waist constantly (6-8 hours).
3.Must be able to sit for an extended period (1-4 hours).
4.Must be able to stand for an extended period (6-8 hours).
5.Must be able to lift (10 pound to 50 pounds) constantly.
6.Must wear hearing protection, steel toes shoes, safety glasses, and gloves as required.
