Salary: $14/hr-$18/hr

As a General Laborer, you will play a key role in supporting various projects, including construction, clean up, event set up and take down, and more. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to take on physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily operations, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
• Operate basic tools and equipment safely and responsibly.
• Load and unload materials from trucks and storage areas.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures.
• Assist team members with various tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a general labor or similar role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well with a team.
• Reliable transportation to and from the work site.

Work Environment:

• Outdoor work is a possibility, exposed to various weather conditions.
• Occasional weekend or overtime work may be required.
