Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and safety-conscious Certified Forklift Operator to support our warehouse and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have experience operating forklifts in a fast-paced environment and will be responsible for the safe handling, moving, and storage of materials and products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operated forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
• Load, unload, stack, and move products and materials throughout the warehouse or yard
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues or needed maintenance
• Accurately pick, stage, and prepare orders for shipment
• Assist with receiving and inventory management as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow company safety procedures and OSHA regulations at all times
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow
• Scan and track product movement using handheld devices or warehouse management systems (WMS)

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid forklift certification (required)
• Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Knowledge of basic safety practices and warehouse procedures
• Willingness to work overtime or flexible shifts as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with sit-down, stand-up, or reach forklifts
• Familiarity with RF scanners and inventory systems
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Work Environment:

• Indoor/outdoor warehouse or distribution center
• Exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures
• Use of PPE (personal protective equipment) required

 

Pay Rate - $17.00
