Pick and Pack Associate (1st Shift)
Pay: $15.50/hr. 
Location: Crossville
1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Overtime available and mandatory Saturdays

Responsibilities:
Accurately pick items from inventory based on customer orders.
Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Ensure all products meet quality standards.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily targets.

Requirements:
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to lift and carry items weighing 15-20 lbs.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Availability to work overtime and mandatory Saturdays.
