Are you ready for a new challenge with a company that values your skills and offers great benefits? A leading aerospace company in Boulder County is seeking a hands-on and experienced CNC Repair Technician / Maintenance Lead to join their growing team.
This role is ideal for a well-rounded technician who thrives on troubleshooting, problem-solving, and keeping equipment and facilities running smoothly. If you have a background in CNC machine repair, electrical systems, and general maintenance—plus a willingness to roll up your sleeves for occasional janitorial tasks—this may be the perfect fit.
Diagnose, maintain, and repair CNC machines and associated equipment.
Interpret and work from technical documents, including wiring diagrams and hydraulic schematics.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical, hydraulic, and plumbing systems.
Conduct regular preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize performance.
Perform general facility maintenance, including minor repairs and upkeep.
Assist with janitorial duties to help maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.
Follow safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
Proven experience in CNC repair and maintenance.
Strong electrical troubleshooting skills; ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams.
Familiarity with hydraulic systems and basic plumbing.
Hands-on experience with facility maintenance and a team-oriented attitude toward janitorial tasks.
Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and manage tasks independently.
Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications (electrical, HVAC, or plumbing) a plus.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Experience with Siemens controls.
Working knowledge of OSHA safety standards.
Basic welding or fabrication experience.
