Responsibilities:

• Installation: Install a variety of commercial overhead doors, including sectional doors, rolling steel doors, fire doors, and high-speed doors.
• Repair and Maintenance: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair problems with overhead doors and related equipment.
• Service: Provide prompt and reliable service to commercial customers, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Safety: Maintain a safe working environment, following all safety procedures and regulations.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, supervisors, and other team members.
• Documentation: Accurately document work performed, including repairs, installations, and maintenance.
• Customer Service: Develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues with overhead door systems.
• Hardware Installation: Install hardware for gate operators and other mechanical systems.
• Material Handling: Transport and handle materials and tools safely and efficiently.
• Job Site Management: Maintain a clean and organized work area.
