Die Cutting Press Operator

 

We are a dynamic and growing company in the Loudonville area, seeking a skilled and motivated Die Cutting Press Operator to join our team. If you have experience with sheet fed and web fed die cutting equipment and are passionate about delivering top-quality results, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and maintain die cutting equipment to ensure smooth production.
• Follow job tickets and run jobs to meet or exceed client expectations.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and colleagues to stay on schedule.
• Troubleshoot issues and apply mechanical skills to resolve them quickly.
• Ensure all work is completed with attention to detail and meets quality standards.
• Demonstrate good communication skills and maintain a positive team environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in manufacturing (3+ years preferred).
• At least 1 year of die cutting experience is preferred but not required – we are willing to train the right candidate!
• Basic math and reading skills for accurate measurements and interpreting job tickets.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A valid driver’s license is a plus.
