Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:30 AM – 3:30/4:00 PM
About the Role:This company is a small, local franchise that supports businesses with essential sanitation services. We’re looking for a reliable Office Coordinator to take over day-to-day operations from the owner's son, who has successfully run the office for the past six years. This is a key role with a lot of variety and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Make reminder calls to customers about scheduled service
Handle inbound calls and assist with scheduling or route changes
Support technicians with day-to-day needs
Complete light laundry of cleaning supplies
Perform data entry, invoicing, and general admin work
Occasionally move company vans into the shop area
What We’re Looking For:
Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional phone presence
Comfortable in a fast-moving, blue-collar environment
Detail-oriented and dependable with solid multitasking abilities
Able to pass a background check, drug screen, and have a clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)
