Quality Control Assistant

Full time – Direct hire

Monday thru Friday – 7am to 3:30pm

$20 to $25hr depending on experience.

A leading producer of Flex, Rigi-Flex and Rigid PCB's and advanced PWB manufacturing for military and consumer industries is looking for a Quality Control Assistant to join their team in Sun Valley.

Summary: The Quality Control Assistant will assist in ensuring that products meet the required standards of quality, safety, and compliance. They will support the Quality Control team in conducting inspections, tests, and audits of products and processes. The Quality Control Assistant will also monitor and document quality control activities and identify opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting inspections, tests, and audits of products and processes to ensure compliance with quality control standards.
• Collect and analyze quality control data and provide feedback to the Quality Control team.
• Assist in developing and implementing quality control procedures and processes.
• Document quality control activities, including test results, inspection reports, and audits.
• Identify and report any quality control issues or deficiencies to the Quality Control team.
• Assist in investigating and resolving quality control problems, and implementing corrective actions
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality control standards are met throughout the organization.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a quality control environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills preferred.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
