Job Summary:                         Production Shop/Warehouse

The Production Shop/Warehouse Worker will support the daily operations of our workshop and warehouse. Responsibilities include material handling, basic assembly, packaging, inventory control, and ensuring a clean and safe working environment. This role is key in helping maintain the smooth flow of production and delivery of custom hidden door solutions.  This position will require mechanical skills, using power and hand tools, along with warehouse skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in prepping the doors, attaching latches using hand and power tools
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and supplies
• Pull and prepare components for production orders based on build sheets or instructions
• Maintain accurate inventory records using manual or digital systems
• Package finished products securely for delivery or shipment
• Load/unload materials, tools, and products as needed
• Keep shop and warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe
• Assist with quality control inspections and product testing
• Collaborate with shop technicians, and installers to meet production timelines
• Operate basic machinery, hand tools, and power tools
• Follow safety protocols and report any issues or hazards

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a shop, warehouse, or manufacturing environment preferred
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, any drywall experience or knowledge is a plus
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Schedule: 6:30am-2pm Mon-Fri
