💵 Pay & Benefits
- Hourly Pay: $19.00 – $20.00 (based on experience)
- Pay Schedule: Weekly – every Friday
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM; every other Saturday required
- Employment Type: Full-time | Evaluation-to-Hire
- Work Location: Mounds View, Minnesota

🔧 Key Responsibilities – Customer Service-Based Sales Associate
- Provide excellent customer service and support sales activities
- Assist customers with inquiries and product information
- Process orders and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
✅ Required Experience & Skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Background check – Required
- Drug screen – Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred
- Ability to stay productive in a slower-paced environment
