We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our team. The Office Clerk will provide administrative support and ensure efficient day-to-day operations of the office. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with people and data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general office duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, and data entry

  • Answer phone calls, direct calls to appropriate staff, and take messages

  • Greet visitors and clients, and direct them to the appropriate personnel

  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed

  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files

  • Support other departments with clerical tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus

  • Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Work Environment:

    • Office setting, typically Monday to Friday

    • May require sitting for extended periods and occasional lifting of light office supplies
