Retail Associate

Salary: $14.00-$15.00 per hour

We are seeking motivated Retail Associates to join our retail team specializing in alcohol and tobacco products. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, maintain store standards, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, answer questions, and provide product recommendations.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Verify customer age and ID for alcohol/tobacco purchases in compliance with state laws.
• Stock shelves, rotate inventory, and maintain product displays.
• Assist with store cleanliness and organization.
• Support promotional activities and upsell products.
• Handle customer concerns with professionalism.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older due to the products sold.
• Knowledge of alcohol and tobacco products is a plus.
