We’re hiring a full-time Industrial Painter to handle surface prep, painting, and finishing for large-scale industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform abrasive blasting (including sandblasting) on large vessels and equipment.

• Apply a variety of industrial paints, epoxies, and protective coatings per job specifications and blueprints.

• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to plan and execute tasks.

• Communicate material and equipment needs to Supervisors to ensure project efficiency.

• Collaborate with teammates and Supervisors in a fast-paced, safety-first environment.

• Ensure all coatings meet strict quality assurance standards and documentation requirements.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.

• Participate in special assignments and additional duties as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in industrial painting, surface prep, and abrasive blasting.

• Strong understanding of painting equipment, safety gear, and spray systems.

• Ability to follow technical documentation and safety procedures with precision.

• Excellent attention to detail and time management in high-volume environments.

• Team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently.

• Ability to lift, kneel, climb, and work in confined or elevated spaces.

Work Conditions:

• Exposure to loud noise, chemicals, dust, and industrial materials.

• Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory.

• Physical demands include standing, lifting, and repetitive motion throughout the shift.
