Job Summary
Express Employment Professionals – Vista is seeking a Bilingual Employment Specialist to recruit, interview, and place candidates while supporting local businesses with their staffing needs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with people, and is comfortable with outbound sales and cold calling.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of positions

• Match candidates to job openings based on qualifications and client needs

• Build strong relationships with both clients and associates

• Make outbound sales and cold calls to potential client businesses to generate new leads

• Maintain accurate documentation of candidate and client activity

• Assist with job postings, onboarding, and compliance tasks

• Follow up with associates and clients to ensure satisfaction and retention

• Provide exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable making outbound/cold sales calls

• Prior experience in staffing, customer service, or recruiting preferred

• Highly organized with strong time management skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of learning internal systems quickly
