• Hours: 7:00am to 3:30pm
• Experience: Previous knowledge of MAXIMO and CITRIX/PASTA a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Order new material for stock.
• Log inventory with stock code numbers.
• Manage warehouse inactive reports.
• Enter data into Smart sheets for punch lists of audit records.
• Support maintenance and operations safety goals.
• Close out work orders using CITRIX/PASTA.
• Assist in scheduling weekly work tasks and backlog clean-up.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of MAXIMO and CITRIX/PASTA is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Reliable and punctual.
